Noble stones and rare marbles set the foundation, while oak, maple, and walnut woods add warmth and depth. Sculptural elements and handcrafted details, designed by master artisans, enhance the uniqueness of every space.

The lobby is a striking example of this vision, featuring hand-crafted Puglian terracotta tiles, double-fired to achieve a rich, tactile texture. Throughout the common areas, fine woods and refined metals reflect the precision of expert carpenters and metalworkers.

Lighting is curated to perfection: restored Murano chandeliers, meticulously reassembled by skilled glassmakers, are paired with iconic Italian industrial design pieces. Custom furnishings, designed exclusively for this project, strike a balance between timeless elegance and contemporary sophistication.
